Two component high performance adhesive based on epoxy resin suitable for bonding large structural parts. Due to its thixotropic formulation thick, uneven and even vertical adhesive joints could be realised.

Specifically developed for bonding CFRP parts, even though other materials could be used as well.

Hardener AW 90:
Processing time: 12 minutes, mixing ratio: 100 : 45 parts by weight resin : hardener, colour: Beige
Hardener AW 91-S:
Processing time: 25 minutes, mixing ratio: 100 : 45 parts by weight resin : hardener, colour: Orange
Hardener AW 91-ES:
Processing time: 55 minutes, mixing ratio: 100 : 45 parts by weight resin : hardener, colour: Blue

• High lap shear strength (up to 39 MPa at CFRP according to ASTM D 1002)
• High impact strength and peeling strength
• Thixotropic formulation (fills gaps up to 10 mm)
• Low exothermic reaction and shrinkage

Processing is very easy due to the application with a dosing gun. Mixing errors could be excluded through this also.
